I'm Chrissy Kellems Silvas, the Owner and Chief Dreamer behind Green Dream Virtual Services, LLC.

Our goal is to help these entrepreneurs focus on their dreams and grow their businesses by taking care of the essential day-to-day tasks and processes that can bog them down.
Throughout my career, I've been dedicated to optimizing business operations and cutting down on unnecessary costs. I've worked extensively in the fields of Healthcare and Global Manufacturing, tackling a wide range of projects, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation, hiring processes, employee policies, advertising, team management, system implementations, SOPs, LEAN projects, vendor management, and more.
My educational background includes a BSBA focusing on HRM and formal training in LEAN, A3, and Project Management.
But who am I as a person?
Above all, I strive to be a "good human," and this philosophy extends to both my business and personal life. My family and I made a significant move in 2018, trading the Pacific Northwest for Greater Houston, Texas. This move allowed us to pursue our green dream, the Lani Nui Apiary and Gardens, where we practice natural beekeeping methods and provide a haven for local wildlife.
Being a responsible steward of our planet and its resources is one of my core values. I firmly believe that even small actions can make a big impact, and I'm committed to making a positive difference in any way I can.
