I'm Chrissy Silvas, the Owner and “Chief Dreamer” behind Green Dream Virtual Services, LLC.
Green Dream Virtual Services was founded in 2020 to help small business owners build strong, practical people and operational systems.
Today, my work focuses primarily on HR management, payroll, compensation, workforce analytics, policies and compliance, and process improvement—giving business owners the structure and support they need as their organizations grow
Throughout my career, I've been dedicated to optimizing business operations and cutting unnecessary costs. I've worked extensively in Healthcare and Global Manufacturing, tackling a wide range of projects, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation, hiring processes, employee policies, advertising, team management, system implementations, SOPs, LEAN projects, vendor management, and more.
My educational background includes a BSBA focusing on HRM and formal training in LEAN, A3, and Project Management.
But who am I as a person?
Above all, I strive to be a "good human," and this philosophy extends to both my business and personal life.
My family’s own “Green Dream” has evolved over the years. In 2018, we moved from the Pacific Northwest to Texas, where we created Lani Nui Apiary and Gardens, practiced natural beekeeping, and created habitat for local wildlife. In 2026, life brought us back home to Washington State, but the values behind that dream remain central to who I am and how I approach my business.
Being a responsible steward of our planet and its resources is one of my core values. I firmly believe that even small actions can make a big impact, and I'm committed to making a positive difference in any way I can.
